Do you charge per-photo or per-product?

We charge per photos! This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

How long do photography projects take?

Most projects are delivered in 1-2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.

 

 

In what format are my photos delivered?

Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size.

 

 

What kind of license comes with the images?

The photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of media including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold without permission.

 

Do you have a model to use in my photos?

Yes We do! We have a selection of models available.

Do you edit the images using Photoshop?

Yes, we provide up to 15 min for each photo of professional editing using Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw for color. If there is major retouching required, I will contact you to discuss pricing. As a frame of reference some of the images you see in my portfolio have taken many hours to edit.

 

 

Are revisions included?

There will be NO REVISIONS unless there is an error on my part. If this is the case I will make any necessary corrections. I have an option which allow you to pay for revisions. If you are a detailed person that gives clear direction, we shouldn't have any issues.

 

 

How can I best support you in making great images?

Prep-Prep-Prep! The number one thing is to ensure your product looks its best. Often times we are sent products with bad labels, torn boxes, creased areas, etc. These are not photo ready. Not to worry though I've got a document I share with all of my clients to help walk you through the details!

 

 

Should I order the gig before I ship the product?

Please do not. I want to provide a reliable timeline to complete your order without shipping times being factored in. If you place an order before I've received your items, I will ask you to cancel the order and reorder once the products are received.

 

 

Will you return the product when finished?

If you would like your product(s) to be returned, please send a prepaid return label. Items will be held up to 5 days.

Return labels must be included with the product if you want it to be returned. I will keep the products for you in 7 days. Then, the product will be donated due to storage space restrictions.

Which package is right for me?

It depends. We will have a discussion about what your goals for the project are. We'll talk about where they will be used and what message you want the images to convey. What is the story we want to tell? This is an organic process which is done correctly will provide the perfect images.
